Todos Unidos provides CUTX members with Spanish-language access to its full suite of products and services, financial education tools and a new website

ALLEN, Texas, Feb. 12, 2025 Credit Union of Texas (CUTX) announces the launch of its new Spanish-language brand, Todos Unidos created by CUTX (Todos Unidos). An extension of CUTX, Todos Unidos meets the needs of the historically underbanked Hispanic community by providing tailored, accessible services that include bilingual employees onsite at all CUTX branches and access to all CUTX products and services and financial education tools in Spanish. Todos Unidos is available now at all CUTX branches and online at https://www.todosunidos.us/.

“At CUTX, we believe everyone deserves a financial partner who truly understands their journey,” said Eric Pointer, President & CEO of CUTX. “For years, we’ve heard about the challenges the Hispanic community faces in accessing the right financial tools and support. Todos Unidos was built from the ground up—shaped by real conversations, real needs, and a shared vision for a stronger financial future. We’re not just offering banking services; we’re creating opportunities, building confidence, and empowering families in the communities we serve.”

To develop Todos Unidos, CUTX conducted member focus groups and met with key organizations, including the Greater North Texas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, identifying confidence and autonomy as two of the customers’ greatest needs. As a result, the brand provides Spanish-language online content, documents, customer service, and in-branch services and more that allow members to complete banking activities however they choose – in person, on the Todos Unidos website or on the mobile app.

CUTX is partnering with Ria Money Transfer (Ria), a global leader in the money transfer industry already familiar to many of its Spanish-language members, to ensure easy access to international transfers and pickup locations. Through Ria, which includes over 500,000 locations across 160 countries, Todos Unidos offers money transfers, bill payments and check cashing.

Through CUTX’s community engagement efforts and the Todos Unidos website, members will also have access to a variety of financial education tools centered on supporting them in learning about critical topics, including loans, credit cards and investing.

“We know that providing the same CUTX experience to our members whose native language is Spanish is a priority,” said Loren Nevius, brand manager for Todos Unidos. “Todos Unidos combines our deep understanding of the unique needs of the Hispanic community with the stability and innovation of CUTX to create relevant and frictionless financial experience for our members that allows them to gain financial wisdom and earn financial freedom.”
