Frankenmuth, MI – On behalf of its Board of Directors, Neighborhood Mortgage Solutions (NMS) is honored and excited to announce the appointment of Jamie York to the position of Chief Executive Officer, effective Tuesday, April 7, 2020. Jamie has held a number of leadership positions at NMS and most recently served as Chief Operating Officer for the organization. Her predecessor, Greg Wischmeyer (CEO of NMS since 2010), is retiring after serving forty-two years in the lending industry.

Jamie’s career at NMS began on January 29, 2009. She was a member of the NMS team when our first loan from an affiliated credit union was sold to Fannie Mae (FNMA). She has also been very instrumental in setting up the current Secondary Market department for continued success. Jamie has been an active leader in developing and nurturing the positive culture, above and beyond service level and core values of the organization. She personifies the credit union philosophy of “people helping people” and demonstrates the values they stand for daily.

Neighborhood Mortgage Solutions currently serves nearly 100 credit unions in 21 states and recently reached a milestone of $2 billion in mortgage loans sold to FNMA in November of 2019.
